About

Noel Miranda

Note: This blog is a personal space where I share what I’m learning about the cloud, automation, and how to make technology work for us (and not the other way around).

Hi, I’m Noel Miranda

I currently live in Gdańsk, Poland, and my daily life revolves around cloud architectures and data workflows. But beyond the technical titles, I consider myself an efficiency enthusiast.

I firmly believe that technology should be an engine for business growth, not a source of stress or inexplicable invoices.

Why this blog?

I’ve spent over 15 years working with complex data systems—from satellite mapping in the energy sector to global infrastructure at Google Cloud with EPAM. Throughout this time, I’ve noticed a recurring pattern:

“Many people and business owners fear the cloud or automation because they feel it’s a black hole of money and complexity.”

My purpose here is to democratize that access. I want to give back to the community by sharing how to create intelligent systems that are:

  1. Simple to understand: No unnecessary technical jargon.
  2. Automated: Freeing people from repetitive manual tasks.
  3. Cost-effective: Designed to spend only what is strictly necessary.

What I’m working on right now

I don’t pretend to have all the answers. The tech world moves fast, and I’m running right along with it. In this blog, you’ll see my “learning in public” process regarding:

  • Automation with n8n and Python: How to connect the tools you already use so they talk to each other.
  • Cloud Spend Control: Strategies to ensure your infrastructure is efficient so you don’t face surprises at the end of the month.
  • Cloud Systems (GCP/AWS): How to leverage the power of tech giants in a logical, scalable way.

My journey so far

My experience doesn’t just come from books; it comes from high-stakes environments where reliability is key:

  • I’ve helped manage cloud infrastructures that empower developers worldwide.
  • I implemented critical systems for global brands (McDonald’s, Burger King) where the margin for error was zero.
  • I spent years analyzing strategic and geographic data, which gave me a “wide-angle” view of how processes affect real business results.

Let’s connect

I’m not here to sell you a packaged solution. I’m here to learn, share, and connect. If you’re curious about how to optimize your processes, if your cloud bill scares you, or if you simply want to chat about Python or n8n, I’m more than happy to share what I know.

Let’s build something efficient, one step at a time.
