Hi, I’m Noel Miranda
I currently live in Gdańsk, Poland, and I am a Cloud Applications Specialist with over 15 years of experience in high-stakes data environments. For the last 5 years, I have been immersed in GCP (Google Cloud Platform), providing architectural guidance and technical support to developers worldwide.
Beyond the technical titles, I consider myself an efficiency strategist. I’ve spent thousands of hours helping teams debug, scale, and optimize their cloud ecosystems, ensuring that technology remains an engine for growth—not a source of “surprise” invoices.
Why this blog?
Throughout my career—from national GIS infrastructure to scaling global cloud systems at Google Cloud (via EPAM)—I’ve noticed that the biggest hurdle isn’t the code, but the complexity of the architecture.
My purpose here is to give back to the community by sharing how to build resilient systems that are:
- Cloud-Native & Automated: Leveraging Python, JavaScript, and Serverless architectures to eliminate manual friction.
- Geospatially Driven: Bridging the gap between Cloud Computing and Geography. Whether it’s Drone Telemetry (DJI) or large-scale mapping, I help turn spatial data into automated insights.
- Developer-Centric: Applying my years of experience supporting global dev teams to create documentation and workflows that actually work in the real world.

I’m a firm believer in “learning in public.” In this blog, I document my hands-on experience with:
